Iconography: Favorite Food
The brief of the project was to design 5-6 Icons any of our favourite food. The goal of this project was to understand how the Iconography plays and important role in design. In the context of art, iconography refers to the images and symbols used in a work of art. Iconography provides insight into the cultural and historical context of a work of art, as well as its symbolism and theme.
I started exploring the ideas for the Iconography and I could come across many icons with outline. I thought of working illustrating the icons in bit unique way with minimum illustration using the subtle colors.

It was totally fun working with the illustrations of of my favourite food. I understood the concept of Iconography and keeping the consistency in the design. It was not that easy to figure out the style in the beginning of the design. This particular project improved my approach to the iconography concept.
